- An official document stating that you are currently enrolled in a Ph.D. course
- Curriculum Vitae
- A recommendation letter from your supervisor
As a volunteer, you will assist the conference organizers in various tasks. In return for your contribution, selected volunteers will receive free of charge:
- Possibility of presenting one Special Session Presentation-Only Abstract (NOT included in IEEE Xplore)
- Access to all plenary, technical sessions, workshops, and tutorials
- Three lunches and coffee breaks
- Welcome and farewell receptions
- Gala dinner
- Sightseeing tour of Bari
Important notes
- Volunteers MUST be available at the conference premises throughout the WHOLE duration of the event (five full days) from August 28th to September 1st included.
- There are no funds or resources available for reimbursement of travel expenses, accommodation, or registration fees for papers on IEEE Xplore. Volunteers are expected to cover these expenses.
