Welcome to the registration page for IEEE CASE 2024. Please review the registration policies, fees, and important information below. CASE 2024 offers the flexibility to attend in person or virtually, with options for both full registration and student registration.
What is included:
– All plenary, and technical sessions, workshops, and tutorials
– Upload up to two accepted papers
– 3 lunches and coffee breaks
– Welcome and farewell reception
– Gala dinner
– Sightseeing tour of Bari
Registration policy:
– All accepted papers (including Presentation Only paper and IEEE RAS Journal/Transaction Contributions) must pay a FULL registration fee (either in-person or virtual), otherwise they will be considered withdrawn.
– Each IN-PERSON registration can upload up to two accepted papers, but the second paper will be subject to a € 250 additional paper surcharge.
– An Extra Page Charge is € 150/page for any paper over 6 pages to a maximum of 2 additional pages.
– If registering at the IEEE or IEEE RAS Member rates, a valid member number must be provided.
– IEEE Life Member registration does not include papers upload and gala dinner. The latter can be purchased for €80.00 separately
– IN-PERSON full registration fees will cover access to all planned conference sessions, including workshops, tutorials, proceedings, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, Welcome reception, Gala dinner, Farewell reception and a sightseeing tour of Bari.
– Additional tickets to the Gala dinner can be purchased for an additional fee.
– Technical tours (company visits) are subject to an additional fee.

Registration policy:
– Student registration can be used to attend the conference but CANNOT be used for the publication of accepted papers. If a student is the only author presenting the paper, he/she must register with a full registration fee (either in-person or virtual) for the paper to be included in the publication.
– If registering at the IEEE or IEEE RAS Member rates, a valid member number must be provided.
– Student attendees must provide a copy of their student ID or a letter from the related Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full-time student.

The standard accompanying person ticket costs €120.00 and give access to:

Alternatively there is the possibility of purchasing the access to the gala dinner only for €80.00

Cancellation and Refunds
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to ieeecase2024@poliba.it
- There will be no refunds to presenting authors
- Cancellations by paid registrants (non-authors) made no later than 45 days before the conference may be eligible for a partial refund. Any request for a refund is at the discretion of the conference committee
- Alternative to refund – paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organisation. The request for this must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the conference start
- Change of registration type from in-person to virtual request (due to visa issues) should be made no later than 14 days prior to the conference to be eligible for a partial refund.
