We are delighted to announce that childcare will be provided onsite for CASE 2024.
To reserve the service we ask all interested participants to fill out the form below and procced with the payment. After filling in the form the detailed payments will be shown.
If you have more than one child requiring childcare support, please complete the form separately for each child. Please note that this service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited in number.
While the standard cost for this service is €200 for all three days, we are offering a discount to encourage parents to participate.
- Childcare support fee (3 days):
€200€ 50 per child - Childcare support fee for IEEE RAS Members (3 days):
€200€20 per child
Some information about the service
- The childcare support is provided for kids ranging from 6 to 12 years.
- The childcare room will be in an organized facility next to the Nicolaus Hotel venue with experienced staff.
- The childcare support fee includes the service for the conference’s technical sessions from August 29 to August 31, 2024. However, the service does not include the evening social events.
- A separate launch, included in the childcare support fee, will be provided.
